  Time and time again this Sprint Store has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Not only are their representatives unprofessional, they have no regard for other’s time and for lack of better words “bs-ing” around, displaying that they do not care that you have waited for hours to be helped. Hopefully you don’t have plans if there ever comes a day that you need to come to this Sprint Store because it will, without exaggeration, take 2+ hours just to be attended.
